This Privacy Policy applies to the Orbit app (“the app”, or “the application”) which is developed by Planet Dev Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) as a Commercial service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and share and otherwise process your information.

When you download the app and register an account, we collect the following information about you:
- Full name
- Handle
- Date of birth
- Images
User activity
On the app you are able to send messages, share photos, create and attend events and more. We collect your activity on the app including, but not limited to:
- Messages you send and receive, which may be reviewed to protect our users
- Created and shared content such as events (“Planets”), posts, comments, images, videos
- Types of content you view or interact with
- Users or Planets you interact with, which may be used to suggest interaction with other users on the app
Information we collect
We collect information to improve your user experience.
- Information shared through device settings, such as camera access, photos and GPS location
- Phone contacts, will be used to find existing users on the app, and can be used to share invites

We use the collected and provided information to:
- Provide you with the services and functionalities of the app
- Personalise your experience on the app
- Improve our services in the future
- Troubleshoot issues
- Enforce our terms and conditions
- To analyse and help us understand our customer base

Our app is not intended for the use of children under the age of 18. We do not intend to collect information from children under the age of 18. In the case we discover that a child under the age of 18 has provided personal information, we will delete their collected information.
